Positive Behaviour Rewards
At Onslow St Audrey’s we want to encourage good behaviour. Our Rewards Ladder focuses on a range of exciting rewards from daily achievement points and raffle tickets to SLT Commendations.
Every week Year Managers will reward form groups for the highest attendance, and recommend students to meet with the Headteacher for Hot Chocolate Friday (See our Twitter Feed @OnslowStAudreys for photos).
Positive points can be exchanged at our Student Reception for small prizes and three times per year, students will be part of our larger rewards assemblies and will be rewarded with trips out, pizza lunches and prize draws.
The following rewards can be presented daily for any positive behaviours, good work or progress:
- Raffle Tickets
- Achievement Points
- Phone calls home
- Postcards home
- Positive emails home
- SLT Commendations (For outstanding progress in classwork or homework).
