Your Post-16 Journey

Timeframe	Internal Students	All Students (Internal & External)
October	Individual advisory meeting with the Sixth Form Team to prepare for option choices.
November		Sixth Form & Post-16 Information Evening (Includes presentations on Sixth Form, colleges, and apprenticeships, followed by a Subject Market Place).
Nov/Dec	Subject choice meeting with the Sixth Form Team.	External students are welcome to arrange a subject choice meeting with us.
December		Online applications open. (A link will appear on this page.)
January		Application deadline.
March		Confirmation of subject choices sent.
June		Sixth Form Induction.

 

If considering subjects not taught at OSA, you may wish to attend other Welwyn Hatfield Consortium Sixth Form Information Evenings. Details can be found here.

Key Application Details:

Choose three subjects (each from a different block). Four subjects require prior discussion with the Sixth Form Team.

In addition you may wish to study for an EPQ or join the OSA Education and Tottenham Hotspur Football Development Centre. 

Note: Football Centre students must select their three academic subjects from blocks separate from the football programme.
