Young Carers are young people under the age of 18 who care for someone in their own home for example a sibling or parent.
The reasons for this could be that they are ill, have a physical or mental disability, sensory impairment, Autism, ADHD etc., or alcohol or drug problems. Young Carers can be affected in various ways: emotionally, physically, socially and educationally.
Here at Onslow St. Audrey’s we want to make sure that our Young Carers have a safe and confidential place, where they can talk and get the support they need. We can liaise between them and their families and give them emotional and educational support.

We are very lucky to be able to provide a camping trip to Tolmers this year having been granted an award of £1000 from The Wellfield Trust AGM. This amazing charity have supported us over the past 5 years helping us to fund our activities.
